"Michael and his team are phenomenal. I really can't give enough praise to this company. I will use them for all my lawn care needs in the future.  <br> <br>They finished the job - hauling gravel from a carport, disposing of it, extending an existing irrigation system to that area and installing sod - in a single day, and they did an excellent job. When they encountered an issue with some concrete they found in the area, they let me know immediately and talked me through all the possible solutions and helped me find the best, most affordable fix. The lawn looks great.  <br> <br>At this point I was impressed, but what really struck me was how they followed up on the job afterwards. Scott, who installed the irrigation system, has been stopping by the house to check the moisture levels of the sod on a weekly basis and adjust the sprinklers as needed. Then a couple weeks after the sod installation I had a fence installed in the area, and the fencing crew trampled all over a section of the new sod, turning it into a muddy mess, despite my warnings. I was so upset, and Scott and Michael came to the rescue. They answered my frantic emails immediately, and right away Scott checked to make sure the irrigation system wasn't damaged. Now he's bringing his team by the house to fix the sod free of charge.  <br> <br>Between the quality of work done. the responsiveness, the follow-ups, and the EXCELLENT customer care, I am decidedly a lifetime Commonwealth Landcare customer. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>"

"Monthly lawn fertilizing and weeding began April 2019. Some weeds disappeared but spider weeds were never destroyed and cancelled the service in October 2020. Overseeding and aeration was done well and grass did grow but the grass in the sparse areas of the yard didn't grow well. I have clay soil and no one from the company discussed with me how to adjust the composition of the soil for better grass growth."

They came out and got right to work when they said they would. They even went above and beyond by mulching an area that had not been included in the original quote. Long story short, I had them come out to work on some other areas the next day for some extra work I needed. It was money well spent. "Bartlett Tree Experts were contacted for me by my insurance company after a tree fell on my house during a storm. They were able to come out within a day or so (I didn't have any major damage). Every person I dealt with was incredibly polite, professional and just plain nice. They did an amazing job with the cleanup and recommended that I have another tree taken down at the same time since it was dead and they were already on scene.  <br /> I don't know what the price was because it was all taken care of through my insurance company. <br />"

They fertilize my lawn, keep up on the landscaping and provide me with anything that I may need to help keep my grass healthy. I have never had any complaints with them at all. ".Its going along well. I had signed up for a years service, so they had repeated the application. I have forgotten how many treatments but I had paid for a year service. Certainly the lawn is green, but they explained to me that I should expect a major change over the course of a full year with the treatment. I give them a B and tha's only because they did explain its a years treatment, and then after that year. so the second year, so next spring, then I should see the type of green lawn that i have envisioned. I am going to withhold the grade on quality until they finish the treatments. They seem to be very responsive."
