"Jole was an excellent choice to have the work completed. We have had several contractors give bids and not follow through, thankful we did not have these issues with him. He was extremely responsive, professional, and went the extra mile to reach out and notify me of another section of fence that needed to be repaired. Would highly recommended."

"Privacy Fence, Inc. is everything that is good about business in America. John runs an honest and high quality company. The first time I hired John to replace a large double gate. Having never worked with fences I assumed it had to be replaced and basically gave Privacy Fence, Inc. a blank check to rip me off. John called me after looking at it and said it could be repaired for around $100. Repair was done well and gate worked perfectly. Since then they have been my go to for fencing. Most recently they built me a nice fence to separate my dogs from garden, I could not be happier with the result."

"I needed some screws on my fence fixed that were messed broken. I did proceed to call them numerous times to get someone out to fix it. They were very unresponsive. I was not very happy."

"Fixed my leaning fence quickly and made it look better than new! Very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work, 100% would hire again."

"When I called Vargas Painting....."Jorge" was very professional and showed up on time as he promised. He inspected our home.....along with all of the boards. A few boards needed replacing and our home needed painting. Two days later I had his bid. His price was very fair. Jorge is very personable. He had very good ratings on this site, he provided me with his insurance verification without having to be asked. We hired him. He was great to work with us, as I had already planned a two week vacation and didn't want the house painted while I was gone. After the initial deposit (Approx 1/3 of the contract) we made arrangements for when he would start on our home. He was very accommodating. He started working on the agreed date. He power washed the house. Replaced the rotten boards, calked and sealed and scraped and finally painted. We used two different paints. We instructed him on how we wanted the painting and also asked for his professional opinion on a couple of smaller issues. He painted everything the way that we wanted. Every evening they cleaned up tarps and tools but they did ask if they could leave them behind our home. At the end of everyday Jorge communicated with us what was done that day, and what would be done the next day. Everything went so smoothly. The home was painted in a week. Jorge asked me on the final day to do a complete walk around on the house and make him a list of anything that was missed or that needed to be touched up or redone. My husband is very picky and he was very pleased with the job. We have other jobs around the house.....as we will be repainting our kitchen and bathrooms along with staining our kitchen cabinets. We intend on hiring Vargas painting again and again!"

"Alex arrived on time for my chain link fence quote and gave gate info as to what we should have in the space being custom fenced in. His quote was reasonable and he was able install the fencing the following week with a deposit on materials. We are very happy with the fencing to keep animals contained in a smaller area of our yard. A few minor scratches were promptly attended to and I am extremely satisfied with the completed job!"

"Jole did excellent work for us. He was punctual, courteous, and very efficient. He listened carefully to my requests and questions. He also offered thoughtful solutions and explained thoroughly how he would implement the repair. Item#1) He had called me about a week before coming to our house ask about what kind of stain we would need. Item#2) He caulked the areas we discussed and also additional spots he noticed. His attention to detail made the job turn out flawlessly. Item#3) The old hinges were no longer manufactured. He did find a hinges with a slightly smaller size screw attachments. He was able to retrofit the doors with the new hinges to work perfectly. Item#4) He was able to glue, clamp, and restore the door to its original condition. He has had experience with woodworking and furniture repair. Item #5) He removed, reversed, and re-attached the a/c intake vent door so that the latches would be easier to reach. This will make changing the filter easier and safer. He even changed out my old filter with a new one for me while doing this project! Item#6) He fixed my kitchen cabinet doors by adjusting the hinges. The doors no longer rub against each other so they open and close easily. In conclusion, we were very pleased with the quality of his work and professionalism. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We would certainly hire him again for other projects/repairs and would gladly recommend him to our friends and neighbors."
