With the square flanged galvanized post, deck screws in place of nails and concrete that was mixed rather than poured dry in the hole insured a finish product that will probably out live me. Wade and his crew paid attention to detail and stayed in constant communication with me. "Problems were: 1. Finding their office to discuss installation of fence was almost impossible. Just finding a fence company was a chore. 2. We had to keep calling to find out when we would be on the schedule. Small town and so you have to get in line which we are not use to that coming from a big city where there is plenty of competition, so in all fairness our C is partly do to small town services/big city services. Once we were on the schedule they were very responsive to keep us up to date on our scheduling. Rain bumped us back a few days. Quality: We have not had a chain link fence in over 30 years and the quality we had back then was so much better than today so we were comparing what we had to what we got. We had not really looked at any chain link fences in a while so our disappointment was more our fault. Customer contact: Contact person was very informative, upfront, pleasant and easy to work with. She smoothed out the wait and delays. Price: Again, we have not priced chain link fences so we may be all off in this point. We were just happy to find a place who could talk to us and that could put one in for us. All factors considered and after it has been installed we are pleased with the outcome and that is why we gave them an A in overall satisfaction."
