He ended up removing the toilet as he was concerned with scratching it with his snake and after doing so found the problem to be a foreign object (from our 3yo) wedged inside the toilet. Unfortunately he was unable to get it un-wedged from either end which forced me to have to buy a brand new toilet, but nonetheless, was very professional, understanding and helpful. When I finally couldn’t figure the problem out I finally called around on Wednesday using the bigger companies around and no one could come out until The following Monday or next Thursday.
