"I hired HH Preferred Roofing to remove and replace our flat built up roof, parapets and barrel tile coping. They replaced it with a new double torch down system and replaced some of the existing roof sheathing and skylights. They were competitive and were clearly the most experienced and knowledgeable out of all the groups I spoke to. Aaron was fantastic and great to work with throughout the entire process. He truly cares about his clients and that they are satisfied with the work. If you’re in City of LA, they will be able to do the work quicker than a lot of other roofers because they are approved to take care of city roofing inspections. He also helped walk me through the LADWP rebate program. Highly recommend you reach out to him if you need your roof replaced."

They provided a detailed proposal, were always responsive to my questions, and they let me know ahead of time of what extra costs might arise during the project. ".The guy came and looked at my roof but I don’t think he looked at it closely because he said that my roof is a candidate for painting and that I need do just little repair.  He quoted $4500 to do some repairs and to do the painting. He missed the mark because I spoke to him at length.  I told him that another roofer came and lifted the underneath part which you did not lift up and everything came apart. So he did not do a thorough enough job when he gave the estimate.  I told him that the other guy said it was pretty bad and that it was not torched enough and he could lift big teeth over the edge.  Then Foothill told maybe I was a border line candidate for painting. I was not even a border line candidate for painting unless it was re-roofed.  I don’t think they accurately assessed me. He was punctual and has a lot of experience. I am glad that he did not do the job. He would have covered up with some paint. I will not use this company in the future."
