"Two workers showed up at the allotted time. After enlarging the opening for the new window and setting the new window, the company worker left. The remaining person (assume it was a subcontractor) , finished the trim work outside but ran in to a problem with the interior trim. Casing and sill were not the right size. He tried but wasn't able to make it work. Despite the problem, the company reps contacted us immediately and scheduled a person to arrive in two days with the correct sized materials and finish the work. The person did arrive as promised and finished the installation of the interior trim. We're satisfied with the results and more than satisfied with their customer service."

"I called 9 roofers and got 7 quotes from ~13,000 to ~5,500 and went with Impriano at the low cost end. All quotes were for GAF 50 year shingles with a 25 year transferable warrenty. I am very pleased I did. They were prompt and professional and called to schedule as promised and delivered and installed the roof on target despite some recent rain. The roof and trim looks good and after a lot of rain the leaks I had around the dormer and chimney are all gone. They cleaned up after themselves very well including sweeping the street in front of the house. I have not found anything left behind. He went over all of the available options, what would work best, what wouldn't, etc. The end price was more than reasonable and worth every penny. The crew that came to replace our roof were on time (early, actually) and got right to work. They were extraordinarily polite and courteous. They took the time to make sure all of the bushes and flowers were protected before even going up to work. They cleaned up as they went, too, and the yard and driveway were totally free of any debris and nails when they were finished. The end result looks great and we know it will last."
