"We moved into our home 2 months ago, built in the 70s and previous owner had lived there for 30+ years. We had a 6 degree difference between our downstairs and upstairs due to poor insulation in our attic, in a normal spring day. We also had rodent activity. They cleaned it up and got us a great r value. The degree difference went from 6-8 to 2-3 and was immediately noticeable. And this is in a heat wave of 95-100 degrees outside. It's so much better upstairs now, definitely worth the price in my opinion. I also give them a lot of respect as it was a 100 degree day and the attic was 130 degrees which were harsh conditions for them. My only issue was they made a bit of a mess outside as one of the bags got unattached and insulation started blowing all over our lawn. They did a decent job cleaning it up though. Also, our driveway ended up getting cracked from their trucks as they backed up on it, which is a shame as we recently gotten it repaved a month ago."

"This company is extremely dishonest. I noticed termite tubes in my crawlspace and inspected them myself for about an hour. I also had another company (Humphrey’s) look it over before getting a second quote. I did not find any current activity, nor did Humphrey’s after a long inspection. Newtown Pest came and did a 2 minute inspection, saying things like “whoa! Holy s—-!,” as if my crawlspace was infested with termites. The inspector then said “oh man! Here’s an active one right here!” I asked him to take a photo and he said “oh, they crawled back into the hole before I could get the picture.” Shocker! He then proceeded to make a hard sell about why I wasn’t agreeing immediately to contract with them (because I knew he was lying). Another company (Western) came the next day and…no current activity. When I called to complain, no manager got back to me. This tells me that the company operates this way: declare an emergency, make a hard sell, and no one’s the wiser. Do not hire them."

Simple things like putting ram board down on the new floors as to not damage them wasn't done. - trim installed wrong - fixed after I pointed it out - covered a heating vent - fixed after I pointed it out - many scratches on the new floor - fixed after I pointed it out - Every time they used the toilet the seat was left up. - lids to some of my paint cans not seals another is all crushed in because they used their boot to seal it. - They didn't put our furniture back in the rooms - cleanup was sloppy and incomplete. -there are a few gaps between the floor and wall that the 1/4 round doesn't cover. - There are over a dozen "creaky" areas in the floor."
