His price was very competitive and of the several bids we got he was the only one who was able and willing to do everything we needed without hemming and hawing about it. Basically once I said yes and paid the deposit, I didn’t have to do or think about anything. Even when the weather was a bit crazy Francisco was very communicative about when they’d be back, and they were. I didn’t remember if we had discussed a few windows, and some areas that needed extra attention after the project was done. They were dealt with asap, at no extra charge. He gave me tips on keeping it nice, and gave some extra paint for when the kids (and probably me) inevitably mess up the brand new paint.
