"I love working with the owner & all employees.  They are friendly & go out of their way to help, no matter the problem.  My bathroom is small & needed more storage space.  Dan, the owner of Loebrich's, was very helpful in finding just the right surround & fixtures to solve my problem.  The job was completed in a timely manner with little or no disruption to my personal routine.  The workers always cleaned up before departing for the day & showed up on time the next day until the job was done.  I would call Loebrich's Contracting for any job around my house, no matter how small.  They are always willing to help or find help for me.  I would highly recommend them. <br />"

"Scott not only performed the repair work requested but provided advice about other home issues that did not require repair.  (For example, flickering kitchen lights were caused by my use of CFL bulbs for lights on a dimmer switch.)  He and his co-worker were friendly and courteous (and did not make me feel incompetent because I don't know much about home maintenance issues), and they cleaned up the work areas after they were finished.   <br /> It was initially challenging to schedule the work because of my location and work schedule, but Scott was persistent and the repairs were not urgent.  I will definitely use Home Aid Handyman in the future - and with a 40-year-old home, there will be a future.  I highly recommend this business. <br /> <br />"

"After the circuit breaker panel in our garage failed and caught on fire, I contacted Dave Pringle to assess the damage. He was able to start on the project the following day and kept me updated on the progress he made, explaining various codes and how the components worked in the system when I had questions. I found him to be very knowledgeable and friendly in all our conversations. Dave went above and beyond to ensure our house was once again safe and functioning as it was prior to the fire. For the quality of his work and reasonable prices he charged, I would not hesitate to recommend him for any electrical work you may have. FAQs for handyman service projects in Philipsburg, PA

Winterizing shields your home’s structure and key systems from snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. By sealing drafts and tuning up heaters, you cut energy waste, extend the life of appliances and windows, and avoid surprise repair bills. A small up-front investment keeps rooms cozy and protects the value of your biggest asset all winter long.

Yes, it’s important to prepare your sprinkler system for the winter. Blowing out the lines and insulating above-ground parts keeps valves and pipes from splitting when temperatures drop. A quick winterization visit costs far less than repairing burst components in spring, and it ensures your lawn--and your wallet--stay in good shape once the thaw hits.

A full home winterization plan goes beyond sealing windows and pipes. You might schedule a home energy audit, cover outdoor furniture, service the snowblower, swap smoke-detector batteries, add outlet gaskets, and hang storm doors. Each step beefs up your home’s protection, cuts drafts, and lowers the chance of costly cold-weather damage.
