Due to the pandemic, the Cambridge block manufacturer was not able to provide enough inventory for the market. We came short of blocks while before the Labor Day weekend. Dave spent the entire holiday weekend to shop for the blocks in the state. They quickly resumed the work after they found supplier that was one and half hours away from my house. After the completion of the work, they cleaned up my backyard and even washed my driveway. We do appreciate that Dave gave up his long weekend for our project. His willingness to walk extra steps for customer should be praised."
