I purchased this housecleaning through an Angie's Deal, which covered a full list of cleaning tasks, no matter how long it took for a fixed, and fair, price. I was able to schedule my appointment fairly easily, although I did have to follow up with a few emails to lock in a final date/time.

On the day of service, a team of three maids arrived at my home. They were about 1/2 hour late, however, so I called their office to inquire as to their whereabouts, and the owner (I think?) said she hadn't heard there was any problem or delay, and would follow up. But they actually arrived a few minutes later, so must have been on their way. (If they were going to be late, I would have appreciated a call just so I wasn't wondering if they'd forgotten the appointment altogether.)

Regarding the cleaning itself, the major issue I think people should be aware of is that NONE of the three maids spoke any English!!!! Fortunately I speak Spanish, so I was able to communicate my basic instructions regarding special requests (e.g., some particular products they needed to use on the countertops or floors, things that were fragile that they shouldn't both cleaning, etc.), as well as other things like the fact that they didn't need to change the sheets or do a few other things that could have been included had I wanted. I honestly don't know how I would have handled this had I not been able to communicate with them. Note that I have had other non-English speakers to do housecleaning or other jobs at my house, but in those cases there was always one member of the team who could translate -- not to have anyone was unusual to say the least!  

As for the quality of the cleaning, overall they did a good job, and the house was definitely clean. After they were completed with each floor, they would ask me to look it over to make sure everything was okay, which I appreciated. There were a few areas that they needed to follow up on (e.g., in the master bath, they left whole areas of the floor, toilet, etc. without rinsing off the cleaning product/soap), but they always went back and did whatever was needed without  question until I was satisfied. I appreciated that professionalism. Later, after they left, I did actually wonder whether they did the refrigerator and oven cleaning that was promised in the Angie's Deal. Neither was particularly dirty when they got here, and if they did do any cleaning in either place it certainly didn't seem like a full-blown cleaning (again, not a big deal for me, but you might want to pay attention to this if this is one of the reasons you select this Deal).

Probably because of the communication issues mentioned above, there were some window shades that I had asked that they not touch because they were 'precarious' (i.e., the roman shade connections were about to fail), but the maid did it anyway causing some problems. It wasn't a tragedy, but I would have preferred that she'd left them alone, since it just meant more work for me to get them back in place.

Anyway, all in all, I did feel that I got good quality service for the money I paid. I would definitely consider using Best Quality Cleaners again if there were a similarly priced deal in the future.

"I have utilized the services of Lily and her team for many many years now. All i can say is that i highly recommend Continental Housekeeping Service. A few things to say... I am not the most consistent on having a schedule for this by my fault. Just can't keep to a standing schedule. That being said, Lily always accommodates me when i call. When the girls arrive, they get right to work. No direction is needed unless i have something of specific interest that i need to have done. They jump in and start cleaning the house from top to bottom. Not a corner is missed. Everything from cobwebs on the ceiling to blinds to baseboards are taken care of. I have to say that how clean they can get my white porcelain kitchen sink is amazing. Not sure what their magic is but man is it ever clean when they are done. And to my surprise, when i had some clothes in the dryer, i found them all folded neatly and ready to be put away. For me, when i go thru the house after and put everything back exactly as i like it, I smile seeing how much they have taken care of and how complete and thorough a cleaning the place has. I can say nothing more than for me, this is money well spent. Something i don't need to worry about and a service where i know my home is taken care of. It is with a smile that i look around after they are finished knowing how sparkling clean my place is! Thank you Lily and team for the always wonderful service!"

The company said they would call back on Friday, May 18, and come out if the weather allowed. During a break in the rains on Friday afternoon, David arrived and quickly cleared several large clumps of maple spinners and other debris from our front gutters. He also checked the back gutters, which were clear. He was friendly and professional, and we're quite happy with the company's quick response and excellent service."
