Dean knew that I was struggling with the decision whether to go natural or synthetic and never hassled me or pressured me into making a decision. He provided all of the information I asked for and always responded to my questions. I definitely would've chosen Synlawn to do that work, not simply due to their pricing (which was fantastic), but because of the way Dean handled my indecision.
