"They were very quick to respond. There was a disconnect between my sales rep and installer. However, my installer handled it seamlessly and to my benefit."

"I needed half round gutters, so they needed to be ordered (not standard k-style). No problem there, but it took a while. I had to call for updates. Would prefer them to call me or even easier send text/email with updates. That's the only reason for dinging them .5 off of a 5. Quality was great."

"On a rainy day I requested a quote online for gutters with 3 companies. Within 25 minutes James called me & said he could be at my house in an hour. On installation day the crew was fantastic. I highly recommend them."

"My gutter was coming loose at one end and also the water was not draining. A friend and I moved some fasteners around and re-anchored the gutter on one end. However, I also decided I should get a professional opinion on the state of my gutters. The gutter Brothers were the first to respond to my inquiry. They came the next day and took a look at my gutters using a ladder and level. They also inspected the whole gutter system. Their opinion was that I do not need any maintenance on the gutter at this time and to call them if the gutter starts to give me any more problems. I was impressed by their professional demeanor and behavior and honesty. There was no charge for their inspection. They were very nice and pleasant to deal with. I will recommend them to anybody needing gutter work done. I definitely will call them first if my gutters start to go bad."

"John was very professional and prompt in cleaning my gutters. He has a great work ethic and took pictures of clogged areas. I will definitely use him again next year."
