Instead, delays, a wrong door order, and conflicting measurements left me confused. I was told the owner would refund our deposit and cancel the project, with no explanation. With rising tariffs and home repair season, our door install maybe pushed to late summer. I cannot in good conscience recommend House Doctor. It is now May and we're forced to look for another provider. The prolonged delay and vague communication have forced me to seek other vendors, incurring higher costs as tariffs raise material prices.
