Irma and Valentin were very professional and extremely nice. I expressed the need to get the repair done quickly, because I was getting my house ready to put on the market. We came to an agreement on the work to be done and the price - which was very reasonable, signed the contract and the work was completed within 24 hours. Valentin even did some additional repair work that wasn’t obvious until he got started and didn’t charge me. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Cerrato. "Our chimney was a masonry mess with the brickwork deteriorating and full or partial bricks falling off so we decided to have it stucco over. We contacted Ohio State Stucco and Jesse G came to the rescue right away. He gave a fair and thorough proposal that we accepted and thankfully he was able to quote a firm start date that he followed through on. We were very impressed with how organized and efficient Jesse was doing the job. His work was the definition of meticulous -- he showed great attention to detail and was very careful and precise about everything. The chimney came out EXCELLENT -- he perfectly matched the stucco color and pattern of the house and we could not be more pleased. "Jim & Ben were on it... and the den now looks great! It was a dark worn wood look and now it's fresh and beautiful! Fantastic job! Jim recommended (in changing dark wood to a light color) to caulk all cracks and that was a tremendous suggestion. Everything was sprayed and they used Sherwin Williams Emerald paint...the primer and new coats of paint are smooth, even and very professionally done...really awesome! Jim even came back after the job was completed to touch-up and make it extra nice! Please, take our advise, get a quote from Jim BEFORE you give the job out...you won't be disappointed:)"
