"Wanted an estimate on installing a brand new sliding door and steps leading to the backyard. They arrived late and they presented their products and told me about their warranty. It took about 2 hrs. Very informative. But when it came to giving me their price estimate it was slightly higher than I expected. They didn't want to put in the steps. Told me you can get a handyman for that. When I said no I'm just asking for estimates, they get pushy and keep asking me why I don't just use their company. I said I'm just asking for estimates. Leave your estimate and I'll get back to you. Well he left and didn't leave his estimate."

"The back door of our home was from 1964, had a louver window and was completely rotten on the bottom. CSM fabricated a fiberglass door with low e window that opens including the frame and sill. Removing the old frame proved to be quite a task and once removed, the opening required modifications for the new frame to fit. The installation team was great - professional, courteous, skilled and cleaned up beautifully. Michael was very good to work with happily providing a quote and then altering the quote as requested. He even gave a cash discount on top of the Angie's List discount. I would use CSM again and recommend them highly.

"After our kids repeatedly locked us out of the bathroom by shutting the door with a broken lock, I finally called Alan. He had rekeyed our house a few years ago and I remember him doing a great job, being punctual, quick, and no-nonsense. Alan was available to fix my interior door lock, offered a reasonable and lower rate than other locksmith quotes to show up to do the job (even though it was a small job, most had higher flat rates for service calls,) showed up 10 minutes early, and fixed the lock in 10 minutes. "Very fast and good company to hire!
After my garage didn't work, I called Socal Garage door and I spoke to Oren. Oren was very nice to me and asked me to text him few pictures in order to see if he can detect the problem via the pictures. After I texted him the pictures, He called me and said that he see the problem and he asked me when will it be a good time to pass by and fix it. Oren sent his worker that came on the time frame that he said and he brought the parts that he needed for the work. He worked for like an hour and he fixed my garage. The price was very fair as well and they charged it via the phone. Definitely recommended company to work with.
