"This was a night call to Benjamin Franklin. Nathan arrived promptly and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. This work was under our toilet warranty. We asked him to come back the next day to check on something and again, his response was first class. Very polite, very knowledgeable. Everything was cleaned up afterwards.
