"I can't say enough good things about Jesse & Hannah. They are extremely attentive to every detail on my property as well as with billing. They not only regularly maintain the landscaping of my vacation rental property but have also made significant upgrades to the landscaping too. They've installed irrigation with smart timers as well as beautiful outdoor lighting. They're on-time, reliable, and consistently do what they say they're going to do, which is about as much as you can ask for in a small, mountain town. I hope to continue to use them for years to come."

"They did a good job. There were a few hiccups but they were all fixed to my satisfaction. They were accommodating for my design and their estimate was fair compared to other estimates I got. They had good reviews from other customers. Good website."

"I wish these guys could do all the work I need done on my house! From the estimate to the finished work, they were professional, punctual, courteous; you can tell they really care about doing a good job. The finished tile and bathtub looks amazing! My husband commented that we saved thousands of dollars by having them come out and clean rather than replace and it looks like we DID get a new tub and new tile! I've had lots of people in and out as we remodel our home and these guys were the absolute best in costumer service, professionalism, and cleaning up after themselves. They put drop clothes down, cleaned as they went, and even put corner protectors on so my walls and floors wouldn't be damaged as they worked. I highly recommend!"

"The job was done very well. Chris made sure to level everything and made suggestions to help in the driveway entrance. Chris is very friendly, easy to work with and I would not hesitate to call him for his help again."

"They did a very professional job, paid attention to the smallest details, asked for our input and discussed options. The end result was completed in just a few days and was better than we hoped for. Brad Allen (owner) had a good team of workers and stopped by the job site several times a day to be sure the work was up to his quality. <br />"

"<p>Kirk's bid was $100 under what the pest control people would have charged.  We had a tight time frame for the work to be completed and re-inspected before close of escrow.  Kirk removed the dry rotted areas, and replaced them with new doors, which he had painted to match the color of the house.  He added an additional set of hinges to help prevent warping, replaced the slide lock and added an additional lock for more stability, replaced the rotted wood on the sides of the shed.  The new doors looked like they were a part of the house from the beginning, seamlessly matching at all points.  The garage door frame is also beautifully done so you'd never know wood was cut out and replaced.  He took the time to find wood that would match the existing wood so it would not look like a patch job.  In addition, he filled a wood p***** whole and painted it without being asked.  The work was completed in a timely manner so the re-inspection could be performed on the date and time scheduled.  With the scrap doors Kirk made a platform for window air conditioners for a small apartment my daughter was renting.  Very good use of material that would have ended up in the landfill.</p> <p>I am always very happy with the creative and wonderful work Kirk performs.</p>"

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Piedra, CA

With proper maintenance, permeable pavement can last for over 20 years. Bi-annual vacuuming prevents clogs from debris and sediment, extends the pavement’s lifespan, and helps you avoid costly driveway repairs. Permeable pavement often has a shorter lifespan in areas with heavy traffic or harsh weather conditions.

Pervious and porous usually refer to pouring asphalt or concrete—which is a single massive object—but with enough small holes to allow for even drainage. This is also sometimes called thirsty concrete. Permeable concrete pavers are precast concrete designed to also allow for drainage. Permeable grass pavers allow grass to grow through them and provide drainage.

Pervious, porous, and permeable pavers are similar because they make it easier for rain or snow to drain or absorb into the ground rather than overload the storm or sewer systems.

The most significant benefit of water-permeable pavement is that it helps precipitation absorb better (and slower) into the ground, which avoids overloading sewers and causing overflows and backups. It also helps recharge the groundwater and prevent agricultural runoff from lawns.

If you’ve ever seen water rushing into a storm drain, permeable pavement prevents that. Instead of water running off a steep driveway, a good amount of it “soaks” directly underneath the pavement.

Topmix permeable concrete costs $8 to $16 per square foot, including all installation costs. However, they give out estimates on a project-by-project basis. However, Tarmac, the company that made the product, no longer produces Topmix.

Ecoraster is a brand that offers many different permeable paving options in North America. Prices vary depending on the product and project. They’ll give estimates for each individual project. While not actual pavers, these grids serve a similar function. Ecoraster grids come in various styles and allow for similar drainage compared to permeable pavers or porous paving.

Permeable driveways may cost slightly more than a traditional paving type, but they reduce or eliminate the need to install any other type of drainage system. Drainage systems cost $2,000 to $6,500 to install. They also reduce stormwater runoff, sewer overflows, and help eliminate urban agriculture runoff, which can pollute waterways.
