"I highly recommend Peter and the team at Advanced Roofing and Construction! My roof was catastrophically damaged when a tree was laid across the width of the house in wind shear event, collapsing part of the structure beyond simple repair. Because it’s a mid-century modern house with a roof of unique composition, other roofing companies had never seen or worked with the material and either were not willing to undertake the repair or wanted to change the silhouette to accommodate their preferred materials and methods. This wasn’t the case with Advanced. They were familiar with both the materials and process needed and assured me that it could be fixed. In fact, t required an entire tear-off and they restored the roof better than I could have hoped. Every worker who was at the house was professional and courteous. The efforts made to clean up at the end of each day, even when the job was not yet done, were admirable. "Our house had a tricky roof leak that wasn't easy to diagnose right off the bat. Of the various companies we reached out to, Matterhorn (Chad) was the only one to take the time to actually determine what the issue was, and they actually followed through on their communication. Every other company tried to sell us a new roof or didn't return our calls after hearing about the issue. After Chad tried the least invasive and cheaper option first to fix the issue, the roof was unfortunately still leaking, so he came back again to get some ideas for a different tactic. He sent us a quote and broke everything down so that we understood what was labor vs. cost of materials. The roof was repaired a few weeks ago and we haven't had any further leaking since that time despite some heavy rains. Our final cost also ended up being cheaper than originally quoted since some of the excess materials were returnable and labor was less intensive than originally estimated.
