We talked to the GutterDome representative at the Charlotte Home and Garden Show in February. I called the company in March in order to schedule a consultation and estimate. Robert was prompt, professional, measured our gutter areas, then sat down to discuss and show us the actual material that would be installed. He patiently answered each question that we had concerning the product and installation and warranty. We signed the agreement for work to be done and I stated that I would begin the paperwork needed for HOA approval. When approval was granted, I emailed Robert the news and asked to be contacted in order to schedule the project. He emailed back that he would be in touch.

A week and a half later, Robert emailed that work could be done that Friday or Saturday and would I be available. I emailed back that Saturday would work for us. It rained during that week, so Robert emailed with the news that his crews were backed up and needed to reschedule for the next Tuesday at 9:00. I agreed to the date and then rescheduled an appointment that I had on that Tuesday. On Sunday night, Robert emailed that the work could be done after weather cleared on Monday afternoon. I had to email back that we had already changed our plans to accommodate his crew for Tuesday and would see the crew on Tuesday morning at 9:00 as scheduled. Robert emailed back "No problem, thank you."

Tuesday morning dawned sunny and cool. Nate called a little before 9:00 in order to let me know that they were running a little late due to pickup of materials and would arrive in about 30-45 minutes. I appreciated that phone call. I met Nate and Roger in the yard where we toured the perimeter of the house to go over the work to be done. They promptly began work, barely stopped to eat lunch and completed the job late in the day. The gutters will no longer accumulate debris and have to be cleaned out. And there is no difference in the look of the new gutter and downspout except that it is larger in size. Perfect! Robert was called so that I could give my credit card information for payment. PROJECT COMPLETED AND MARKED OFF MY LIST!!!
