"Work that is done without any issues are easy reviews to write.  However in this case we ran into a major issue where the stain used on the garage doors did not match the existing front door as was a requirement.  (Not even close).  We addressed the issue with Rick and he agreed there was a problem.  He sanded the doors, completely removing the stain and started over with the correct stain.

As stated before,projects that go off without a hitch are easy reviews, but when you do run into a problem, how that service provider addresses the issue speaks well of their overall commitment to their profession.  Rick handled the issue well and did whatever it took to make us happy.  This could have been catastrophic but in the end we love our new garage doors."

Mike was at our house at the agreed time and completed all but some sanding the first day. He returned as agreed and completed the job. He did an excellent job of cleaning up the area he worked in.
