"IAQM up and down the line were polite, professional, responsive, thorough, did quality work, and were reasonably priced. Can't ask for much more from a contractor. We had Jack-And-Jill bathroom with a bath/toiled common area and a bathtub with a leaky drain. Water accumulation caused mold to grow under the tub and up two of the three alcove walls and into one of the side rooms. They came out and quoted the work, gave us a work plan, followed it to a 'T', then gave us some hints on things we could do during the rebuild. Their work passed post-inspection on the first pass. Very helpful."

"Great expirence so far! Robert came out to check on the water damage and got us an estimate the same day! The day of service they were on time and were very polite and proper and got to work. When everything was done it looked great I couldn't have asked for a better job."

"Thank you Southern Roots Restoration LLC! Brandon and his team were very professional helping me design my back deck after it was damaged in a storm. They were very informative and experienced. Very satisfied!"

"I don’t usually write reviews but I felt it necessary this time. Calahan Construction has come through in the clutch for the second time with my A/C repair. (2 different houses) From here on out Calahan Construction will be my FIRST call. I tried to give opportunities to friends of friends and gotten burned both times. Each time Mr. Calahan has come through to clean up their mess! In both situations previous repair companies offereoptions of new units or extremely high price repairs. Mr. Calahan provided me with pictures and a detailed explanation of my problem and did repairs at a fraction of the cost! Extremely professional and efficient service! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in the DFW that need a/c work completed!"

"I was notified by the water company of higher usage than normal, and I was afraid I had a slab leak. I called my plumber, who referred me to two leak detection services, neither of whom were able to get to my leak anytime soon. I used Angie’s List to find Mr. Morgan and he came the very next day. As it happened, the leak was in a water purification system and was not as major as I thought it would be. Mr. Morgan fixed the leak quickly and I thought the charge was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again."

"CLEANED CARPET WELL. EXPLAINED BEST WAY TO HAVE CARPET DRY WELL. CALLED BEFORE THEY ARRIVED."

"My roof received hail damage and was totaled by the insurance company. I got several estimates but Abel was the only one that detected that there was damage to the wafer board. I already knew this was a problem due to earlier foundation problems. This was a major reason I went with Eagle, don't know how the other companies missed this but they did. Company delivered material at agreed upon date and placed waste trailer in my double driveway so I could still get in and out one side of the garage. Work began the next day at stated time. The workers were pleasant, knowledgeable and well supervised. The work was completed the next day. My gutters, sidewalk and driveway were all washed down to remove any sand or dirt when roof was completed. All trash and excess material was picked up from around the house and a magnet tool was used to pick any stray nails. My Directv HD antenna was reset and adjusted to properly pick up signal."

"I can't describe the details, but the service man fixed several problems that I was having with a very old a/c system.  He did not try to sell me a new unit, but did a great job of repairing the old one.
