"On my first inquiry I didn’t get a prompt response, but after having a home for 15 years and looking for various contractors this wasn’t exactly news. My second inquiry did receive a response with an apology and a day and time for an initial assessment. Wonder of wonders, someone showed up. Turns out he was what I think I remember is half owner of the company, Landry was the name if I remember correctly. Not a people kinda guy, more of a “let me measure everything and then I’ll deal with your inane questions” kind of guy. Waited for a quote for a week I think, sent an email asking about the quote and received an apology for the lateness and the quote. Wasn’t the cheapest I had received, wasn’t the most expensive. Hired. Their work was well beyond expectations. The job came in a little later than expected, about 3 days or so, but there are always unforeseen issues in a full kitchen remodel. Jackie, Carlos, and Jared were always responsive to all questions concerns and available with suggestions throughout the process. Any conflicts in scheduling of work to be done by their crew or subcontractors we were notified immediately, and I can’t express my appreciation for this enough.
