"We needed repairs to our flat roof because of leaking through our fireplace and improper installation by the original builder. Angelo was very responsive and patient with our many questions and sent plenty of pictures of the problem areas with his estimate. Though his estimate was a bit higher than others we got, he suggested some additional safeguards and offered a longer warranty, which is why we hired him. The two workers who did the work were timely and professional and shared numerous photos of the work in progress. We won't know about the quality of the work until we have a big rain but so far so good."

"Purchased a new multi-flat house to live in and rent, and what we hoped were small issues in the roof ended up being big ones that necessitated a new roof or a repair. They explained both options (repair or new roof) fully and carefully, and were extremely transparent about the cost, the ideal solution, but also what would work for a while. Because the property we purchased also ended up having mold issues, doing the job the right way was our priority, and we went with the new roof. Alsip were *extremely* responsive and worked hard to fit us in before more bad weather hit, which we really really appreciated. Because we were not able to be present for the install, they sent us a ton of before, after, and in-process pictures as well. We'd go with them again in a heartbeat for any roof projects (we're intending to do a green roof down the road and will be calling Alsip first), and encourage everyone else to do the same."

"This company was the only one of many to identify, find, and repair a problem leak in the roof. Very experienced and knows roofing."

"I had storm damage on my roof that had caused my ceiling to collapse in places. After reviewing different companies I chose three and filled out online submissions for quotes. Within an hour Tom had contacted me and gathered all the general information. The other two companies never responded at all. The next day Wes showed up and inspected our roof and ceilings. He took photographs and covered everything with me. The next day Tom sent me some of the photos saying it looked like a great opportunity for homeowners insurance to cover some of the damage. I had not even considered that. Tom walked me through the insurance claim and also dealing with the insurance company which was not always easy. In the end insurance covered practically everything. The work was flawless by the crews who worked on my house. New roof, new vinyl siding with fascia and trim. New gutters. My house completely transformed. Bob the Builder is Amazing!"

"Steve and his crew were extremely responsive and efficient. I reached out on a Friday morning for an initial assessment; they responded within 20 mins and came by that afternoon; I had an estimate from them by Saturday morning, and they were out to complete the project the following Thursday. My 3-flat needed a section of the roof replaced with new asphalt shingles (20+ year old roof was due). Their pricing was very competitive and on par with with estimates from other roofing companies for the same project. The crew worked one very long day to complete the job in a single trip to avoid weather."

"Wow! My roof looks awesome.. crew very courteous and efficient.. did my entire roof in one day and they cleaned up everything! Highly recommend!"

"Stergo Roofing exceeded every expectation. When Pulsarlube USA experienced a major weather-related roofing emergency, Steve, his son Nick, and their entire crew responded immediately. They arrived on-site without hesitation, assessed the situation quickly, and helped us minimize further damage. From the emergency response through the completion of the repairs, they were professional, reliable, honest, and incredibly supportive. Their communication was excellent, and they made sure every step of the roofing repair process was handled with urgency and care. We highly recommend Stergo Roofing to anyone looking for a dependable roofing company. Steve, Nick, and the entire team truly went above and beyond for Pulsarlube USA, and we are extremely grateful for their outstanding service, professionalism, and commitment to getting the job done right."

"Montes Roofing repaired the flat roof on my apartment building. They were able to get, hopefully, another 2-3 years out of 30+ year old roof. Thanks for a great job!"

"Our roof was damaged in the storm. After looking on Angie we were quickly contacted by a number of companies, AWG was the most professional, they were fast and their fee was fair. EDITED: 2 months later one of the chimney caps was blown off the roof, yes it was windy but NOT stormy and there had been stronger winds since the installation, this makes me question if the chimney cap was properly installed. According to them to replace it will take TWO men, and a brand new chimney cap for nearly half the cost of the total original repair. I was able to reshape with chimney cap and do believe it can be reused. But the condo owners all question whether or not it was properly installed. I will not try to slam the company but I do question the quality of the installation."

"this is an Updated review. After finally getting this company to come back and revise their work my roof seems to be fixed. So far so good. Thanks Angi for helping me get this done."
