The actual job went very well. The workers were very professional and came on time, worked long days and cleaned up fully after themselves. They put on a quality new roof which looks great and holds up to the elements. I trust them with the 20 year warranty to stand behind their installation. Steve was very nice to come by a second time for payment when I made a mistake with the first payment. I highly recommend Elieff Brothers!"

"Overall, it went well working with Mr. Daniel Weiler, Owner/Manager of A-Better Exterior. What I loved the most is he actually showed us the materials he would be using on the project, explained every detail of the estimate, and threw in free gutters repair/replacement/install for the job. the Roof job took 2 days, at the end of September 2018, because of forecast of rain, but actually the 2nd day was mostly cleanup of everything. The Ceiling drywall repair and painting could not be done till early this year due to scheduling conflicts on my end - that took less than 1 day."

They replaced sagging plywood, installed J channel that should have been there, but was not, and did the flashing around the chimney. They covered the landscaping and used magnets to pick up nails. "I recently sought help from Dr. Flue to repair a gap that had formed where mortar around my chimney had apparently eroded over time. From first contact with their office, to the final visit and completion of the work, my experience with Dr. Flue’s staff was exceptional… They took time to understand the issue and provide me a simple cost estimate; scheduled a time to come out and shot me a reminder a couple days ahead of the visit; then showed up on time and prepared. Once onsite, they confirmed the work we had discussed would address the issue I originally reported. Then pointed out some significant chimney flashing issues I was unable to see from the ground. "Roof Advance was very prompt in coming out which was important since rain/snow was in the weather forecast The person who did the repair was kind enough to take some photos of the lost shingle area with my camera so I could submit a claim to the shingle manufacturer. The claim was successful and covered the full cost of the repair work."

"I highly recommend Roof-Rite based on my experience with them recently. I called and left a message to ask if they repaired skylights. I got a very quick call back and talked with a very nice lady who said they did and someone would contact me shortly. She said that it might be a few days, which was fine, but I appreciated the honesty. As she said, I was contacted by Mark who arranged to come by and take a look. He arrived on time and fixed the leak right then, after telling me the cost, which was very reasonable. He said it would be good to recaulk all of the skylights and he inspected other things on the roof, caulking where needed. I waited to do this review until after a storm and I am so pleased. I am leak-free for the first time in many many years (other companies came out and said they fixed them, but they did not). Thanks Roof-Rite, I will be calling you for my roof replacement in the future."

"Jordan's estimator Kris Poag was contacted late in the afternoon during a heavy rainstorm that followed very heavy snowfall.  I explained to him that I had a roof leak that needed help but wasn't urgent.  He scheduled an appointment for early the following morning.  He arrived at my home around 9 am the next morning.  He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and quickly assessed the problem.  He assured me that Jordan would have a crew out to resolve the problem very soon.  I was particularly impressed as my issue was very small compared to many others in the area after a heavy snow fall winter, rapid snow melt and heavy spring rains.
Jordan had a crew out the following day, the work was performed as described and the roof leak was completely resolved.  The crew did an outstanding job. The price was completely reasonable given the challenging roof on our home.  Kris was very professional and followed up to see that the leak was solved to my satisfaction.  
It is very clear that Jordan is interested in quality work on all its' jobs not just the high dollar work.  I have already recommended them to friends.

"Ethical Exteriors was the last company we contacted after getting estimates from 4 other companies. I wish he would have been first because it would have saved me time and worry. Todd, the owner, is very professional and articulate and uses his own crew rather than sub-contractors. His crew is also very professional. They were on time, worked their butts off and did an outstanding job, even going above and beyond when they discovered an unforseen problem under the roof. Their cleanup was meticulous without any debris or nails being found around my house. I can't praise Todd and his crew enough.
