"If you are having basement water issues, I would strongly suggest that you contact Ark before signing a contract with any other company. I can't say enough good about them. I hired Mark and his crew to fix whatever was causing major rain leakage, which was getting worse by the day, in the furnace room of my basement. Pat responded promptly, examined the issue, explained what he was seeing, and got me an estimate quickly. Then Mark came and spent a lot of time checking the situation, after which he knocked a substantial amount off the estimate. Mark and his crew--three friendly, polite guys--arrived on time, put down floor and carpet protection, and got to work. They had to work with my regular plumber because the water heater had to be removed and then placed back; they accommodated his schedule.
