"CHRIS WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HAD ANSWERS TO ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. HE RESPONDED TO OUR FOLLOW-UP E-MAILS, AND THE REASON WE CHOSE OMEGA WAS HIS PROFESSIONALISM. OMEGA WAS NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE, BUT PRICING WAS FAIR. WE FELT CONFIDENT HIS COMPANY WOULD DO THE BEST JOB. HIS JOB SUPERVISOR, EFREN WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND VERY ACCOMMODATING-------HE MADE SURE ALL THE DETAILS WERE FOLLOWED UP AND COMPLETED. "I needed my irrigation system updated before the hot weather sets in. I met with Stephen from Scott's Landscaping on Wednesday, May 21st, and discussed what I needed done. Stephen started work on Thursday, the 22nd. He did a phenomenal job, and left the job site very clean. I am very happy with all aspects of the irrigation overhaul. I would definitely recommend Scott's Landscaping and would hire them again in the future."

In June of 2014, Down aunder Services landscaped our entire backyard (almost a third of an acre), transforming a rocky, dirt-filled wasteland into a gorgeous, lush space with a tiered hill and grass. WOW! We loved it so much that we signed up for their maintenance (gardening) services as well and most recently hired them again for our front yard. The prices are also extremely reasonable and I appreciated the open lines of communication. They finish every job on time and are very transparent about costs and expectations. "He's worked for us for a number of years. He consistently cleans up and mows a steep slope we have in the back. He's also worked on a few hardscape projects. He's worked on the sprinkler system, put in a stucco retaining wall, installed a paver boundary for the grass. He also does landscape lighting! I honestly don't call anybody else for my landscaping work. He's an versatile problem solver, and overall, does excellent work."

"I interviewed six solar companies and got bids from three. Charlie of Landmark construction & energy crew stood out much more above the other companies that I spoke and met with. He is responsive, always returned my calls quickly and he does what he says he is going to do. Charlie came over to my house and met with me before installation, during the installation and after. In addition he worked with his crew at the beginning of installation to make sure everything was perfect with a tricky area of my roofline. Above all of what I wrote above, Charlie and the office staff are very organized people. Charlie was able to provide me with a lot of information about rebates, taxes etc… and Every bit of information I could want related to monitoring my system, working with Landmark construction & energy crew, maximizing the cost benefits, and getting my tax rebate, are all gathered and clearly labelled in a binder. Charlie knew how to explain everything about solar and I could see during our meetings how much patient he have. Charlie didn't have to push anything in order to sell his work to me because his product was the one I wanted, it made sense, and the price was better than others. I can't think of a contractor and I've worked with quite a few once in the past and for this project, I met with several ones as well and Landmark construction & energy crew is more reliable, efficient, and customer-oriented. "We are delighted with the work done by Modern Home Remodeling, to install a classy tiled shower, repaint the interior and replace carpets. Their project manager clearly listened to our needs and wants = to freshen rather than redesign, to keep the oak vanities and good-condition countertops, to correct small “problems” that we’d lived with for decades, and to focus on changes that we’ll enjoy in the ten years that we still plan to live in this home. The tiled shower transformed the shower experience, brought spaciousness to a small room, and was done by an accommodating and experienced crew. The project manager expedited the schedule, committing to a start date of February 20 but beginning the work a month earlier and finishing by February 28, 2023. He brought tile and carpet samples to the house, that both followed the earth tones in our home and created a light pattern-rich tiled shower. Our disruption and moving of personal items was minimized as the painting was done in four days and was followed three days later by a one-day carpet installation. Overall, this remodeling brought us upgrades that we already enjoy, a month of amicable and focused contractors, and efficient planning and execution by Modern Home Remodeling and its subcontractors. "The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.
