Alan showed up on time, listened to what I wanted, made suggestions, took measurements and walked old fence through woods, brush, brambles and up/ down hill. Sent quote the next day. "We are very pleased with the fencing and service York Fence provided. We just recently bought the home and need to fence in our yard for our 2 big dogs and keep the deer out. Since the property was a good size, cost was going to be a factor. We also wanted different areas to have difference fencing. Their sales guy recommended we go with 6' deer fencing to surround the yard instead of using chain-link because it was less expensive. We have woods surrounding out house and the deer fence seems to 'vanish' into the background making the yard feel larger. We got aluminum fencing installed at the main entrance to the yard and we build a smaller dog run area with chain-link.  <br /> Time was also a factor. We needed the fence complete by the time we were moving in, which was only a couple of weeks away. In the end, they finished faster than we expected and the fences and gates feel sturdy. We were happy with the price considering how much fence we needed. "Maria showed up for estimate within a day of contacting company . She had the estimate emailed to me the very next day . Within 2 days I gave her a deposit and 2 weeks later fence was installed . Met with Julio to go over over everything with him and Maria and they got started . Took 2 days to dig all footing with cement and install fence . It came out so great . I plan on using them next year to put a partial fence in front and side of my property . I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for fencing . "My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal &amp; walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."
