My mother, who has Alzheimer's was asked to sign documentation that the work was completed to her satisfaction. At the 5th visit from a technician to address the concerns, the tech said that job was done so poorly that it all needed to come down and get redone, including the existing gutters. I called this company several times over several to help address the situation and never once received a call back. Only after I filed a BBB complaint did my father receive a call when he was asked if the company could come back out and fix it. He declined and so they considered it resolved."
