"Jason was very nice and came out right away, I was having water backing up in the bathtub from a clog in one of the lines. He explained what the issue was and removed the clog and fixed the problem !"

"The plumber with Roto-Rooter was Jonathan who worked about 3 hours or more and did a great job. Work is guaranteed for 1 year. Price was a bit high $1100"

"Eric R. from ABC arrived on time and was friendly, courteous and professional in introducing himself and explaining how he would proceed to determine the cause of the problem. After checking out the overall situation, he gave me an estimate to decide if I wanted to proceed. Eric efficiently accomplished the task, and showed me pictures of what was causing the drain clogs, and gave me tips for preventing future problems. This was really helpful! He also pointed out some other potential issues that we are now aware of, to keep an eye and budget for repairing in the future. Overall excellent experience!"

"Ron was knowledgeable and his work resolved our clogged drain issues"

"From start to finish, Ray was very punctual, professional, and thorough. Will definitely be using Big Wave Plumbing for all my future needs. Highly highly recommend!"

"When I called on a Sunday to describe my problem I asked directly "How much will it cost to clear the drain?" I was told $139 today or $49 tomorrow. I thought $49 was a phenomenal deal so I said sure, come on out on Tuesday. I guess I should have asked what their Tuesday rate was because when the tech showed up on Tuesday he said it would be $175! Apparently the $49 was just to come to my house. I guess we should have just told him to leave because either I was lied to over the phone or we were gauged. Had I known what they really charged, I would have shopped around. This is a mistake I won't make again. This is a shame because in all other aspects Service One seemed like a good company. Too bad their deceptive pricing had to ruin a good thing."

"Mr. Rooter of St. Augustine is punctual and fast. He found the problem right away, fixed it. The price was reasonable. He pulled the carpet and followed the trail of moisture to the sink, turned on the faucet and knew exactly that it was a slow leaking drain basket in the kitchen. When I called he was here within 30 min."

"I had a fantastic experience with Sago Plumbing. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. They responded to my call incredibly quickly and went above and beyond to educate on options and product availability. I was impressed by how fast they were able to come out and assess the issue. The plumber arrived on time, was professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything in simple terms, provided a fair estimate, and got right to work and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. What stood out most was their commitment to getting the job done right the first time. They didn’t rush through anything and made sure every detail was handled properly before leaving. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and that gave me real peace of mind. Highly recommend Sago Plumbing to anyone looking for fast, dependable, and high-quality plumbing services!"

"

They did an excellent job with performance, time, efficiency, costs, clean-up and in every category. We had expected to hear we would need a new septic tank system and dreaded to hear the costs. They seemed to know immediately what our problem was and went right to work fixing it. It seems none of the other companies had ever cleaned out the filters. None of the other companies even mentioned it. Thus we had replaced the septic tank twice as the others told us that was what we needed. When had the last company who put in the new system installed the new one, they failed to check the filters. Since we are not specialists in the field of septic systems, we trusted what they said. But this company told almost immediately that we did not need a new one. In less than 2 hours everything was cleared and cleaned up and the bill of $247.00 was paid. And best of all, the toilets flushed great and no more water back up. We would recommend this company any time. And we will definitely use them for any future work. Thank you, " New Beginnings Environmental". And thank you Angie's List for you help in our getting a great company for our problems.
