With the exception of a brief lunch break, these guys worked non-stop........and this was a 3 day job!! "The work performed was incredible. AJ and his team are real pros. The cost for all of the work they performed was more than reasonable. AJ came out for an estimate and explained the work he was going to do and gave me options on what different things he could do to help me out. He kept my wife and I in the loop every step of the way during the project. In addition, the crew didn't rush the job. They made sure the job was done right. Before the work was performed our basement would flood very easily when it rained. After the work was performed it rained and the basement was bone dry. This was a huge relief. Not having to mop up water every fifteen minutes was wonderful. Our sump pump doesn't run half as much as it used to. "I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"I have had a persistent roof leak in my room in tricky location where there is a jut out and a roof line meets into the siding. There was an ant infestation and some rot. I had paid someone $300 a couple of years ago to fix the roof and it still had leaked. I had taken the time to get a couple of other estimates and went with Nanfito Roofing. Although more expensive, my decision was based on the fact that I received a thorough explanation from Joseph (the sales rep) of what repairs were needed which included replacing 4 ft of shingles, adding new snow and water barrier as well as adding new step flashing. Not wanting to have to do this repair again, and having already thrown money at the problem, convinced me that extra effort was needed in this case. Efforts were made to also match the existing shingles (fortunately, I had held on to the packaging when when had it done and the company that made the shingles was still in business) So far so good. Checked after a recent rain storm and the area looked dry."

"The process was seem less.  After visiting their manufacturing site,  I chose the style fencing that I was interested in. Steve came out to my house and took measurements at which point we made some changes in the style. He accommodated us without  any trouble. After the fence was complete, he and his crew came out to fit it before the powder coating process commenced. They installed it yesterday, 3/30/16, and it look s great !!"

"Jose has done numerous jobs at my house over the last two years, big and small.  The last job, was a small one and was done on a fence that he helped to install about two years ago.  He has also replaced front steps on the outside of my house, supervised a small crew that painted the exterior of my house plus a shed and a garage in the back, done lawn maintenance and yard cleanup over two summers, replaced the roofs on two outbuildings in my yard and done several handyman jobs on the inside of the house.  I repeatedly use Jose because his work is excellent.  He is thorough, careful, efficient, punctual and takes pride in his work.  He is very pleasant to work with and absolutely reliable.
