He reframed the house from the inside out, redid both decks and reinforced one to accommodate a hot tub, built blackened custom steel beams stairs and kitchen bar that everyone is in awe of plus much more. I can not emphasize enough that without Dave this house would not be the showpiece that it is. Dave's attention to detail is impeccable, catching other contractors' errors before payment so I had some leverage to get them to fix it, saving me thousands of dollars.
