"We were looking to replace a tub and fix a leak in our old house. Jeff came and inspected and gave us a very reasonable estimate. They replaced the tub and the tile contractors were great. We then thought we'd just throw in a change of toilet and that then revealed a serious flooring problem. We ended up remodeling the small bathroom and Jeff did a great job. "Our journey started at the end of July, finishing just yesterday with the last inspection. I have chronicled the process on Facebook, from the demo to the last bit of paint. There are not enough words to say about Busy Bee, John, Gary or his team that could explain how easy and stress free this was.(as much as a complete kitchen remodel can be....) All the things you expect---showing up every day, cleaning up at the end of the day, having the items to install at the right time, politeness ....they do all that. Its the extras that set them apart. The communication about anything so you never have to guess what is going to happen. Covering everything so well in plastic there was minimal construction dust. (and I mean very little) Above all, the kindness and patience in answering EVERY one of my questions, sometimes twice, until I understood the process or choices. And then there is the work itself. There is a sense of contentment knowing that every wall board, cabinet, screw, tile and light is installed with the utmost professionalism and care. We stayed within our budget, even when we added things and took things out....and was so very reasonable. I can not recommend them highly enough, and I could not be happier. "Pedro Quissanga was wonderful throughout the process. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. We recommend Crystal Renovations without reservation and have several neighbors using them now for small-to-medium sized projects."

"Brian and his crew were great. Brian came out and gave a great estimate for everything I needed. He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. Jim was very thorough and professional and, by all accounts, did great work. I’ll be using Heavy Doody for all of my future plumbing and heating needs!"

"Humberto and his team were terrific! They refinished the walls in 3 rooms of our house and their work was top notch. They removed wallpaper, sanded, plastered and painted our walls so that now they look pristine. I asked them if they could put in new doors and they did a great job with that too. I would refer this team to friends and family and will be using them again for other projects."

"Carlos Real's painting crew did an excellent job. The crew did a very good job of preparing the house, including power-washing, scraping, and sanding old paint. The house required some carpentry work, and this was done well, including replacing mahogany wood boards on a back deck. The crew then applied tinted primer. The last step was to paint in three colors - body of house and trim and doors. The crew worked extremely hard. All members were polite and professional. The crew cleaned up well at the end of every work day. The crew foreman, whose first name was Wedson, was a delight to deal with. He was extremely response to the requests my wife and I made. After the job was completed, we had a very few follow-up requests. All were honored promptly, including applying an additional coat of paint on the front door. If you want an excellent job, Real Painting is a very good choice. We will use the company again to do some inside painting. Real Painting's prices are not low, but the company provides good value for the money."
