"We couldn't be happier with Dave's overhaul of our fireplace. His attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. We feel so lucky to have found him after another contractor flaked out on us. He came to the rescue & did whatever it took to get the job done on time and on budget. He is highly skilled and capable. Several times during the job he suggested things that would enhance the finished product. In doing so he created more work for himself. These upgrades probably added a full day of additional work. He didn't change the cost for the job, he just wants his customers to be happy. His attention to detail and cleanliness blew our minds. He spent a full day getting the room taped off to prevent dust from spreading throughout the house. A full day!?!? And it paid off when the work was done...we're not even hiring a cleaner. We usually do all of our hedge abs shrub trimming ourselves, but with a few other projects going on we hadn’t gotten them all season long and they were seriously overgrown. Roberto worked with us on the pricing, which was good news because now it was off of our plate! His crew was there the early next day … fast, friendly, courteous, conscientious and neat! "The initial build went reasonably well. We did find problems which they did come back and fix. I noticed a railing support that was cracked. I was told that I must of done it, that was that. The plugs that cover the screw holes in the stairs are falling out. I looked for some at Home Depot, but couldn't find the right color. I still had Chase's cell #, so I texted him and asked if he could send me some plugs, and I would do it myself. No response. Tried again the next day, still no response. I'm not surprised. Aging the build was decent, price was higher than most. Now that nearly 2 years have gone by, and customer service should be anticipated, nothing. Never again."

"The process from beginning to end was incredible. Vanny came over and discussed my very general idea of what I was looking to do and helped me make those plans more concrete. The quote he provided was reasonable and the project cost was exactly what was quoted. What stood out to me the most was the quality of work done. No corners were cut - if something was being built from scratch, it was done correctly....if something that was being renovated was less than ideal (existing walls/studs out of plumb, uneven flooring, etc) it was made as correct as possible before the work was done.
