"The team was efficient and friendly. They performed what looked like a dangerous task cutting a very large branch off of a huge tree overhanging our garage. They also removed a tree that was crowding the foundation of our house. We didn't even know what we needed, and they told us exactly what needed to be done. They cut the trees up into firewood for us. They were generously flexible with the cost, as we couldn't afford the initial quote for all 3 trees we had initially asked about. We will definitely be hiring them again for that last tree this summer!"

"I am a regular customer of this company. The do my spring cleanup, fall cleanup, trim, mulching, and lawn maintenance. I am always amazed at how great the yard looks after they are done. They keep the edges sharp and provide the little extras that other companies do not. They show up on time, are professional and thorough. If you want a great looking yard for a reasonable price, hire this company. Their work is excellent."

"Although they will finish the hydroseeding tomorrow, I can't help giving the review. Everything is beyond my expectation. My yard is a mess after being ignored by previous owner for years. All grass are dead. Stones are strewn around the fences. There is a big hole after we remove the stump of the 50-year-old maple tree. We need someone to do the dirty jobs to renovate everything. Most small-scalelandscape doesn't like to do this kind of one-time job. They prefer regular maintenance. Therefore when I call a lot of contractors, the response is very tepid. Paul is different. He is very responsive. The main reason I hate to work with most contractors is that they let me feel I am begging for their help. Try to contact Paul, you will feel different. We soon made an appointment at my house. Then we have some email trading. I asked a lot of dumb questions. Although he still gives me a rough quote,as always, he responds very quickly. He does't ditch you just because the job is small. His crew come on time. Here is how the marvelous journey begins. Based on his quote (the price is decent), I don't expect they will do too much. However, they seem to have some high standard built in their minds. The first day, they dump a lot soil to level part of my backyard. For the front yard, I expect them to do a rough top dressing. However, they always do something extra. Everything is neat and well-done. When doing the mulch bed, they prune all the low-hanging tree limbs. It looks they deal with their own yard. During the work, I make an additional request to remove all the huge stones. Paul doesn't deny this kind of dirty jobs. He adds a decent surcharge. I am very very satisfied with their work and will definitely to hire them again. The last thing is that they seem not to do the regular yard maintenance?? Paul told me he works with the enterprises like Walmart. Maybe this is why their scale is different from the local contractor."

"They came to do the job while we were out - they trimmed the hedges very neatly and cleaned up perfectly - you wouldn't even know they were there except for the beautiful hedge trim job."

FAQs for trees & shrubs treat, protect and maintain projects in Pinehurst, MA

A tree doctor or tree surgeon is another term for an arborist. The term is more common in places like the United Kingdom. They are professionals trained to plant, care for, maintain, diagnose, and remove trees of all kinds. Tree doctors have specialized knowledge to ensure the health and safety of trees.

Arborists are tree care specialists who plan, maintain, and enhance the health of trees with expert precision. They prune, diagnose diseases, treat pest infestations, remove hazardous limbs, and manage debris cleanup while developing comprehensive landscaping plans. They also handle tree planting and work with landscape professionals to ensure long-term tree vitality and safety.

Consulting arborists are tree experts who can advise homeowners and business owners on the right trees to plant, how to care for existing trees, and what to do about trees that appear to be sick or pose a safety threat. A consulting arborist may work with local landscape architects, investment property owners, city governments, developers, and other arborists.

An arborist may be able to save a dying tree. If you notice that your tree suddenly appears to be sick or is exhibiting unusual behavior, contact an arborist immediately. They will thoroughly inspect the tree to determine what might be wrong with it—and will let you know if it’s possible to save the tree and how to do it.

Verifying an arborist’s credentials is crucial for reliable tree care. Arborists must be licensed by their state and hold certifications from reputable organizations such as the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA). Request proof of licensing and certification, and review local recommendations to ensure you are hiring a professional who meets high industry standards and adheres to strict safety protocols.
