"I have an annual contract for pest control, as well as one for rodent control. I rarely have bugs of any kind in my home unless they fly in through an open door. The rodent contract is worth every penny, as I live in the city in a nearly 100 year old house and the rodents are persistent little critters. Mark really knows his stuff and comes quickly anytime I have an issue, and keeps on it until resolved."

"Provider showed up on time and gave me a quote for treatment after inspection. I was quoted three hundred and some dollars for three months. After negotiating it was reduced to two hunderd and fifty dollars. I thought that I was paying for monthly treatment. No. One treatment for 3 months. At two hundres and fifty bucks a quarter, that is ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS A YEAR..!!! I called back for a retreatment because the problem persisted. A quick response and retreated with a different product. Now the problem appears to be cured. In my opinion this was a very expensive service by an Angies List provider. I have contracted with another Angies List provider for a whole year for less money than the 3 month cost that I paid."
