He instead sent Louis, who did a horrible job painting. He didn't do most of the work we discussed, then wanted to add fees to what was already agreed upon. We did a walk-through where I asked him to show me what doors, and he couldn't. He said he accidentally added extra doors to the quote, but it was supposed to cover all doors, then said he added doors generically and didn't know which were included. The job looks terrible, and we will have to hire someone to fix what he and Louis did and didn't do. He kept saying Louis did it, so watch out for Louis. Don't let that guy do the work. Michael will gaslight, double-talk, and state what isn't true. He agreed to pay back the deposit and is now saying he didn't say, even though we have it on camera.
