"An absolutely great experience. Walt was extremely responsive to my initial call, and although he had a large job going on at the time, he was able to swing by our house that day. He quickly sized up the issue - which was flooding within one of our irrigation valve boxes - and suggested a course of action, which didn't involve spending a lot of money to fix things that didn't need fixing.
