"Problems with the work done my AB Concrete at 5 Estate Court according to Ken Olander 1) One wall for the carport is 1.5 inches lower than the other wall so the carport will be leaning toward the house if built on the existing walls. 2) The extension of the retaining wall was not built with the same type of blocks as the existing wall and were not fill properly with gravel. You use dirt instead of gravel. I don?t know if you put in a drain line and gravel at the base to relieve water pressure that may build up at the base during long soaking rain storm. 3) The left side of the driveway is anywhere from .25? to .50? higher in the center than the right side which was poured first. This means all the water from recent rains runs into my yard which you said would not happen. 4) 12 feet of the brick facade on the left side of the ramp was laid on the ground with no angle iron attached to the cinder block hold the brick. The mortar was mixed so dry that it had no adhesive property."
