He was able to come up with a better solution for the dryer vent than the appliance repair man and was not at all hesitant to go into the crawlspace to repair it properly. We hired Ed to come and run a line from our house to the City line - this consisted of having to go through our driveway and down the yard, and connect through our wall to the house.
