This is unethical and potentially illegal under consumer protection and military relief laws. They also failed to provide a fully executed copy of the contract, yet are using a screenshot of my info to claim it?s binding. When I pointed out that their own cancellation clause supports my right to a refund, they pivoted and demanded silence in exchange for reimbursement. Their pride in being listed on Angie?s List does not reflect the unprofessional and borderline predatory experience I had."

He broke my washer, 2 tv's and my entire desk. ONLY thing i asked them to replace was a desk. Its been 4 months and theres been nothing but dodged calls and texts, no accountability and no ethic. Luis Turcios is a scumbag of a owner, and just a bad person to business with unfortunately. I dont trust him, and i'd advise no one trust him with their belongings. So much for being a man of faith"
