"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! They have different crews for different things and the service was just amazing, I couldn’t ask any better than that! We’ve replaced the old windows with vinyl windows. Removing the old insulation in the Attic and install new 12 inch high (R38) insulation. Painting the exterior walls and wood eves and trims with life time energy efficiency paint. Replacing the carpet with laminate flooring (about 2,000 sqf). Mike is very special person and very honest. I would highly recommend him and his crew. He’s fair, responsible, and always available. We become good friends and now he’s going to replace my A/C unit ducts and adding more solar panels to my house."
