"In January 2017 had a problem where the secondary sewer line serving the laundry and kitchen areas was blocked. Obtained estimates from three plumbing companies including Leak Free. All three agreed the line was broken under the house slab foundation so could not be repaired. All three gave estimates for a new line. Steve at Leak Free came out and not only provided the lowest estimate but also included patching of inside and outside walls after completion of sewer line as part of job. Steve and his team completed the job within three days and delivered on everything promised. Am happy with Leak Free and would call again for any plumbing issues."

"The work was a lot more extensive (and expensive) than we anticipated. Roots had clogged our house's sewer mainline and the piper were no longer aligned. The fix included installing a liner inside of the pipes to prevent future leeks and root penetration. Ruben, Tommy C, and Tommy S were punctual and worked their butts off to get the job done in two days. They were very professional and would hire them again for future jobs (although I hope that I don't have another job as big as this one in a long time)."

"<p>I had several plumbing jobs that needed to be done and I had been procrastinating for way too long. I called Cody and asked if he could come by for an estimate. He was able to squeeze me in the next day, AND he showed up right on time. My home is 30 years old and none of the bathroom fixtures had ever been replaced. There was a lot of rust and corrosion inside the fixtures and several were not working. Cody checked the showers, toilets and bathroom sinks and gave me an estimate of $703.00. The only thing I needed to buy was the fixtures for the sinks, but he supplied all other parts and fixtures. Because of my work hours, I thought I would have to wait a couple of weeks before I could schedule the work, because my schedule is so inflexible, but Cody offered to come by at 5pm just a couple of days later so I wouldn't have to take time off of work to get the repairs done. Cody and Anthony showed up on right at 5pm on the scheduled day and they had all of he work completed in 3 hours. Since he had to caulk the shower fixture, and it would take 6 hours to dry, he offered to caulk one, and come back the next day to caulk the other so we could use at least one shower tonight. I told him it was no big deal, since we all shower in the morning anyway, but it was very considerate of him to offer. When he checked my dishwasher, he found out that the person who originally installed it did no do it correctly and this was what was causing the problems (HUGE relief, because I was afraid I was going to have to buy a new dishwasher). </p> <p>After all of the work was completed, he advised me that the total would only be $675.00, not $703.00 because it turned out the sink fixtures I purchased came with supply lines attached, so he didn't need to charge me for them. I was very impressed with his honesty and professionalism. Cody an Anthony provided amazing customer service, were accommodating of my schedule and respectful of my time, they completed the work quickly and at a fair price. "Benny & Son made a great team. Just the 2 of them. They were very honest, efficient, polite & professional. They went out and picked up an appropriate new utility faucet, Sent me a few photos with prices by phone so I could ***** & choose. Then, rather than yet another temp fix by running the snake down the drain, they ended up completely clearing all the sludge and build up of the drain pipes all the way out to the main drain by using a special high pressure water machine system they had. This had never been done or recommended before by anyone over the years. It was a very impressive & a much longer lasting solution. The solid awful build up of decades that came out of that pipe was astonishing. Another simple snake cleaning would have simply drilled a small hole through it all once again ...until next time. We haven’t had a single problem since. All is better than ever. At the same time, they put our gas meter up to code with the CA required earthquake auto shut off; which put our minds further at ease. They were fast, clean, informative and thorough while taking pride & responsibility in their work. They are a highly recommended plumber all around from our experience. I confidentially recommended them to a friend also needing service the very next day."
