Name is Micheal every one calls me mike. I have always been very handy mostly because I have never liked paying any one to do anything from miner plumbing and electrical to working on my own cars . I was an ironworker for along time . But the company I worked for closed and my. Bosses brother hired him and me to be there personal handyman we do everything from repairing broken sprinkler heads to walking his dog and over seing different contractor that come to there home in the Dominion in San Antonio. And recently we have been doing miner work for there naihbors . I am very responsible respecful and trutworthy i have all my own tools and i have never turned down work as long as I know I am able to do it right.

"This was landscaping on a new construction.  We started by working with a Cypress Landscape Design to develop a landscape plan that fit well with the Hill Country look of our house, sloped lot, and native environment, was low water and low maintenance, and would accommodate the water drainage.  Cypress recommended Pristine Landscaping.  Manuel met with us and the landscape designer to go over the plan and understand what we wanted to accomplish.  Within days we had a detailed itemization of the cost.  It was broken down by area so we could opt to stage the work if needed.  The initial scope exceeded our budget, so we eliminated some of the beds, added more rock, and Manuel helped us re-work to fit our budget.  He started work right away, communicated daily work plans to me by text almost everyday, did everything he promised (and more) without any pricing surprises.... and he created a master piece!  Manuel is a perfectionist!  You would have thought our yard was his yard!  His crew was outstanding as well.  They are all very respectful and professional.  We were very blessed to have found Manuel for this large, extensive project!

"Great service. didn't overcharge. even showed me how to fine tune my sprinkler heads so i could adjust them on my own and not have to pay someone to come out to do it for me. checked my sprinkler schedule and recommended a good schedule and told me why and showed me how to program it. even wrote the schedule down with times of year so I could change it throughout the year as needed.
