"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

"We obtained 3 quotes for replacement of our residential wood fence. Dalton's quote was in the middle for demo/removal of 318' of picket fence, and installation of 318' of a wood "Kentucky Horse Board" (very similar to a split rail) with dog fencing. Dalton provided addresses to drive by to see that type of fence. They arrived at 8am on the day they said they would, got the old fence removed, new holes dug, new posts set in concrete and left around noon. Returned the next morning, got all the fencing installed, including some minor "custom" work and were all done by noon. I think there were at least 5 guys running around working hard and diligently with no standing around chewing the fat, etc. Owner Mr. Dalton was on the job and working with the guys. We and the neighbors are extremely impressed with the quality and look of the new fence. They showed up, started the job, wrapped up the job entirely within the time frame they said they would. Now, granted, weather was fully cooperative, but still. Further, there was the challenge of installing the new fence along the back property line, 2 feet away from the neighbors' existing metal fence. On top of that, there was the occasional annoyance of the neighbors' aggressive/snarling/barking German Shephers and Great Dane. Dalton's crew took it all in stride."

"Our dogs Buddy Buster and Radar love roaming our 10-acre farm. Unfortuantely, their hound noses often led them to off-limit areas, especially the road. After a near miss, we decided that their roaming days were over! After comparing the virtues of a wireless fence vs an wired underground fence, we decided on the wired version. Although going with DogWatch vs a and quot;do-it-yourself kitand quot; was 3-4x more expensive, we decided on DogWatch because of the: 1) quality of the product; 2) expert installation and 3) training for us and the dogs. It also didn't hurt that two neighbors used their services and gave rave reviews. <br /> Kyle and Chandler were outstanding. They gave us an estimate within 48 hours of contacting them and provide a no-hidden cost estimate. They installed the fence and transmitter about 5 days after we placed the order. The programmable transmitter is in the garage and very easy to use. They showed us how to set the correction levels on the collars and then walked the dogs towards the flags. I was very nervous about electric and quot;shock therapyand quot; so I tested the shock on myself. At the highest level (7) i felt like a pinch. A mild shock is much better than being hit by a car! <br /> Buddy was started are the and quot;tone onlyand quot; setting since he is nervous. Radar has an attitude so he was started at a 2. We walked them on a leash for about a week and then tested by letting them go off-leash. Radar had to be tuned up to 4 before he stopped running through. Buddy plateaued at a 3. At first they were quite indignant that they couldn't go where they pleased and Radar was quite the Drama Queen, even on the lowest setting. They have adapted well and know seem to know the boundaries. <br /> Overall, it was a great experience. "Two men from the fence company came on time in the morning. Before lunch they removed the post and two broken sections of the fence and the section with the gate. After lunch they completed the job at around 3:30 or 4 p.m. Even though it was hot, they worked hard to complete the fence. The fence is high quality and looks great. We should have done this sooner. <br />"

"It looked great. It looks beautiful. It came out real nice. They were excellent and showed up a month early. I was so happy, I cooked them lunch on the grill while they were here. Everything was excellent. Their customer service and communication was great. They let you know the date and when they're going to be there. They were fast. They had a good team of guys to pressure wash and then stain the fence. They use my fence now as a show model to potential customers. They use a special cleaner that they spray on first and then they pressure wash the fence, so all the dirt and debris gets off it. Then the fence takes the stain better. It should last like five or six years. That was one of the deciding factors for me. They had a better system to do it."
