We signed in July, and was told the calendar had us pointing to an October installation. With a very rainy fall, Chris's team kept getting delayed, but Chris did a great job communicating and discussing status with us. Winter arrived, and we didn't get installed until March, but again, Chris kept us in the loop, and I can't really blame him for the weather. Chris has a large backlog of work because of the quality, care, and craftsmanship of his work. "Robert is a firendly, very professional all around fix-it-guy! He saved my bathroom renovation project! I originally hired Robert to install drywall in my master bathroom. Just prior to the install I broke a plubming fixture in the master bathroom. Without missing a beat Robert gave me an estimate for the plumbing repair as well as a slight enhancement (raising the shower head 4 inches, I'm tall). He completed the plumbing repair, testing the water seal then launched right into the dry wall project..
