My wife and I are architects and have repaired a few homes and did much of the work ourselves. but we were not going to tackle lifting the foundation nor leveling the sloping floors. the planning was tricky for us all due to COVID, but once we got going, we were completely satisfied with the work, the service, and the good humor of the Foundation Solutions team. Diego and Nathan were communicative, clean, hard working and had a fine attention to detail. And we had a lot of fun together. there are other foundation repair companies that are more 'slick' , but Foundation Solutions is the real thing. they know their work and do it well."

"I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."

"One day we noticed a musty smell in our bathroom. Behind the toilet the baseboard was discoloring and rotting out. We called our insurance company and the leak had damaged the wall and floor. The insurance company gave us a list of contractors to call. We called three of them left messages and waited. Well we didn’t have to wait long for Berry Construction. Randy called us back almost immediately. He was caring, empathetic, professional and explained the whole process from start to finish. We were very happy with Mike, Billy and the entire staff. We had open communication through the whole process, and they did an amazing job making us whole again. "<p>Installing the mailbox went fine.  He did a great job and we were very pleased.  Due to this we had another repair job on a door to be done.  He took part of the molding to match and said he would return.  Several weeks went by and we didn't hear from him.  I emailed and he said he was still looking to match the molding.  More weeks went by and I emailed him again. He suggested a place for us to continue a search on our own.  He never returned the piece of molding.  </p> <p>This review is difficult to do as Mr. Emrick did do a nice job with the mailbox.  We were disappointed he didn't contact us saying that he couldn't repair our door in a reasonable amount of time.  Instead we were left for weeks waiting.  I would be afraid to hire him again due to this.</p> <p>Note:  The ratings include being non-responsive to the door repair.</p> <br />"
