"They cleaned my two fireplaces. That portion of the work was okay. But they also rearranged the artificial logs and added black crystals that smother the gas burner. Therefore, the fireplaces and gas burners sputtered and barely worked. I had to hire another professional (gas certified) to correct the problems cause by this company. I feel that I am due a refund. I paid double to complete the work correctly. "
