"I needed my dryer vent cleaned as it had become clogged with lint. The workers arrived on time, explained the process and immediately got to work. The vent was cleaned and cleared as promised. I has so please I had the do our fireplace as I am sure it had never been sweeped. Highly recommend and would definitely not hesitate to use their services again. Thank you!"

"They were on time, professional, courteous, and thorough. Paso Robles has really hard water; despite thorough squeegeeing and then drying all tile and glass after every shower use, over time hard water spots began building up on glass walls, shower grout and tile began to accumulate soap residue, and mold had begun to form in a few small spots. <br /> I searched online for a local service to hire but couldn't find one (I think I was using the wrong search term combinations). Anyway, I saw one of Deep Steam's trucks on the freeway; the sign said grout cleaning and resealing, so I searched for them on Angie's List. I was pleased to see they had excellent reviews for carpet cleaning; I especially wanted to write this review to share their tile and grout services. <br /> The technicians warned me that - while certain they could do a really thorough job - it wouldn't look like it was brand new (since it's about 10 years old I wasn't expecting it). So I was astonished when they asked me to come look at the finished job, because it looked AMAZING. The glass was entirely spot free, and the tile and grout looked brand new. There were a few small spots where 10 years of wear were still evident, but they were <em><strong>very</strong></em> small, and did nothing to detract from the overall beautiful job. Their work exceeded my hopes/expectations. <br /> I had expressed concern over what products they might use, as I have small pets. I needn't have worried; the floor, shower tile, and glass were pristine when they finished. I was told the results should be good for at least a  year or two (with continued care after using the shower, of course). <br /> I will definitely be using Deep Steam again - I have wood floors and laminate or I would be using them to clean carpets, too! <br /> <strong>GREAT JOB </strong> <br /> ! <br />"

Mr. Lossing personally returned my call within 10 minutes. He gave me a price over the phone that was more than fair compared to others I had received. We made an appointment right then and there. He showed up on time. He is very nice, personable, and professional. He did a wonderful job. The carpets look fantastic. "The AQM product did a great job of killing off the remaining Mold that was next to impossible to get to. It was in carpet, and under some cabinets. There is no longer any issues, and all the people in the Apartment are healthy again. Have also used a number of OdorXit Products in our aging parents house. We had to remove paneling and ceiling tile and spray the frame structure with the Mold killing product. Parents report that they are feeling better, and no longer notice the old / moldy smells. Have been very pleased with the product performance and the advice provided by OdorXit. I highly recommend these products."

"The positive: The crew was on time and professional. The carpets were cleaned well, including the staircase. <br /> The carpet was not stained or very dirty, so it didn't take very long to clean. <br /> The negative: The hose and equipment they used were dirty, so they dragged the dirty hose through the house, which didn't show on the carpet as they cleaned, however the surrounding hardwood floor and tile were left a mess. Unfortunately I had to leave immediately after the crew completed cleaning, without taking a closer look. Therefore I wasn't able to tell them and they might have cleaned up the mess they left, I don't know. <br /> In summary, the carpets were fine, the surrounding floors a mess and the service was too expensive. <br /> Note: I have used Stanley Steamer in the past in a different home in Paso Robles and the service there <br /> was much better. <br />"
