"My experience with Randy’s Appliance was a pleasant one. I was about to get an appointment within 48 hours to repair my ice maker. He came out, diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. Came back in a week or so and replaced the ice maker. I would definitely use him again."

"I called and they were able to come to my home and repair my oven the next day. The two repair men were super nice, efficient, and repaired the oven pretty quickly!! Cannot thank you enough for being able to fit me in almost immediately."

"They have a set price for repair, and when the technician came out he opened the filter and discovered the problem: a small piece of broken glass. It took all of 2 minutes, and though I understood the terms it would have been nice to get a price break since the issue required no actual repair."

"It went well, the first appointment had to be cancelled (or changed somehow, I can't remember exactly) so he gave me a discount. He found a piece of plastice that had broken off of something and stuck in the motor. It was a very quick repair, but took two visits as a part had to be ordered. The first "look see" visit was deducted from the total cost of the repair."

"On their first visit they were out quickly and gave a diagnostic of what the problems were. The guy (who was very nice) told me he would need to order parts and that he should have them in about five days. That was on January 17th. I gave the guy a $200 deposit and he left. I expected to hear back by the following week but I didn't. I finally called after about two weeks of not hearing anything and the woman who answered was very defensive. I told her that this should have already been taken care of, and that I gave a $200 deposit and she went on to say that they aren't crooks and that my money is safe... Regardless.. why am I the one having to call and figure this out? They should have called me to schedule a repair once they got their part in the mail. Finally on Feburary 12th the repair guy came back to finish the work. He was able to fix my gas range without any problems, but then told me that something was wrong with my Microwave - something he didn't see when he came out for the initial estimate, and that it would be more expensive to fix than to repair. He couldn't give a really solid explanation as to why - so I didn't believe him. I figured he probably ordered the wrong part and didn't want to admit to it and have to come back a third time, especially after having me wait as long as I did for him to finally come out. Glad I didn't take his word - because I called out a different repair company for a second opinion and they were able to fix the microwave for a reasonable cost."
